AZNT, the Dr. and the SEC are currently held-up attempting to evaluate the value of an intellectual property.

I'm not surprised. Difficult to see how the study of plants constitutes an "intellectual property", really. Just my opinion, of course, but Loricchio sounds like a crank, or...
