I'm new to this board. I have a few questions. 1. I checked the website and there was mention of a filing made with the SEC in April of 1998. They also mentioned that they intend to be a fully reporting company. When will that occur? 2. An "Audited" income statement was provided on the site as well. Does anyone know who audited this statement? Does anyone know where the rest of the statement is? Like the Balance Sheet? 3. Does anyone know what the difference is between a distributor of watercraft and a retailer? How do the economics work? That is, who would have better margins, a retailer or distributor? How does a distributor recognize sales, do they report the gross profit/commission on the transaction or does the whole sale price get included in revenues. 4. Colin mentions that Great White has an 18 year history. Was that in the same business? Covering the same territories? Thanks in advance, Regards, Goolie2@aol.com
