Regardless of everyone comments, cIEn closed on instinet at 34. The TLAB merger is likely to go through. There is, however, a risk premium that investors shall assign that the deal will not go through. CIEn went down today as if it was a stand alone company with no merger what so ever. Then it traded up to 34 interday as the market assimilated that the deal is not over. We shall see where this puppy gaps up on monday.
