I think it's cheap but maybe going lower due to more rail
congestion later this year with grain harvest mess again
and band-aid solutions to their problem of too many cars
clogging their rails. I saw an article that quoted the
Pres as saying that their system was flowing again in all
parts. I think he is trying to get out of the woods but
the trees keep hitting him in the head!
