You can't compare the CIEN drop to NETA's. CIEN dropped like a stone, and stayed at a level. NETA 'wandered' lower, then came back. Look at the charts. - IMHO the CIEN investors had a very good idea of what they'd like to pay for it w/o the TLAB deal; whereas the NETA investors were just gambling. (I don't own either, and never have.) Good luck.
