Well, I'm glad somebody else is looking at at least one of these co.'s!! I was starting to feel wierd, like I was wearing a pocket protector or something! Actually I haven't bought any PSFT yet (I am in HBOC for a small gain at this point), but it is looking mighty tempting about now.
By the way, if the block trades of NEM are making you nervous, ABX may be another gold mining stock worth considering. I know nothing about mining companies or how their stocks act, except that they make me nervous, but I am aware of them because, at least as of a few years ago, they operated a small gold mine west of SLC, as well as one or more in Nevada, I believe. They were mentioned along with NEM in an article on metals mining stocks a couple of months ago in Money Mag., for what little that is worth. I think I also read somewhere recently some company press release touting what a good job they were doing at hedging. |
