I think that PEP is a buy at $32 based on my analysis. It is much cheaper on a P/E and P/CFPS than KO. The company will not be affected as much as KO from the strong U.S. dollar and the crisis in the emerging markets. I think the company is worth about $43 based on the consensus forecasts for EPS in 1998 and 1999. I will post more information later.
