Jim, I don't think Asensio is the issue here. IMO the issue is the lousy company underlying the stock promotion scheme.

But for those who want to know more about Asensio anyway ... he usually puts out several news releases. Typically at least one is a defiant response after the co. says it will consider legal action against him. (I've never heard of any co. later claiming a legal victory, btw.) His first news release had a much bigger impact than typical, so I don't think it's necessarily an indication of any kind what the stock did in response to another.

It's interesting, BTW, that the co. did not respond to Asensio's most damaging new claims in his newest release. One was the co. issued false statements by claiming that a stock promoter affiliated with the co. is actually affiliated with some UN agency that has endorsed the co.'s product, and the second was that the stock is being hugely diluted.
