The problem is most people are getting used to Win95/98, and few people like to learn new OS. Besides, all my files are in Winword, Excel, powerpoint, and it is very hard to convert. Besides, how can I communicate with people who run on Linux if I am on WIndow ? and most people are now on Window, it will make people less willing to switch to Linux, because it will make you more difficult to exchnge data with most of the PC users. With the price already so low, $85 per copy, it is very hard to persuade people to switch to different OS with so many inconvenience.
