What possibly can be considered unique regarding the intellectual property issue you raise? I will check with Grant Thornton on this on Monday.

One issue , pertaining to this, and which has been confirmed by the SEC, is the issue of putting a value on a intellectual property.
Current financials cannot be audited until the SEC assists in it's definition of evaluating an intellectual property.
