To all members:
I talked with George Sassone (CEO) yesterday. According to him, total shares is 19 million and float is 6 million. FY98 ends in Dec. at which time the company intends to post a 0.10 cents per share profit. George sounded very optimistic about the bright future of his company. His plan is as detailed in the recent press release. I have significant shares already and would welcome additional information/comments.
