Barry, Thanks for the second opinion, the data is always informative. I agree with their recommendation comments, and as for their opinion "STOCK SHOWS MILDLY IMPROVING CONDITIONS". This is true if you can accept the premise that conditions are improving for a free falling body when it is closer to the ground (point of impact) then when it started to fall. Amoung all of the negative factors influencing the stock price, the pre-announcement of the reverse split has taken a toll on this issue. Also, the prospect of a falling economy is pulling many of stocks of the Eye Care sector down. So I agree from a fundamental perspective it is not the time to buy stocks in this sector. Harry
