If you are who you say you are and suddenly you developed a moral and ethical conscience, then why did you LIE for 4 months knowing these statements were untrue and had no foundation? I don't get it. Why did you LIE on conference calls if you knew the information was bogus? Why did you LIE about financials when you knew this information was bogus? Why did you LIE about O/S in you knew the information was bogus? Why did you put out bogus pro-formas if you knew the information was untrue? YOU made all these statements, not Arif, although he can't be trusted either. If you are such an upstanding, ethical pillar of truth, then, why did YOU LIE to shareholders? Forget about Arif for the moment. Why did Ira Monas lie to shareholders for months and months? What was your motivation to lie? Did Arif say,"Lie", or you're fired. What made you LIE?
