that is how i ended up here, the more i dug the more i realized that this company is real deal who was unable to raise needed capital through secondary offering to do their major mail campaign ala quigley in their early days. they were forced to do this entire dtc freeze dance just to be allowed to run a legitimate business and have their stock fairly valued in the open market place.
