Anyone inquiring as to how mangement wound up with 50+ million shares in the first place?? Their net worth has been in the millions becuse of this stock. What exactly did they do to earn such exhorbinant options in the first place?

Also, it could be important to know the conversion rights on the preferred stock they will be receiving.

Any bearer stock outstanding with AZNT?
