Bill, Something to consider about the price. (Just an idea) If Alkatel is holding 13,823,250 shares of PAIR which is what the total is on the 13G. If the price of PAIR were to take off,(say a bidding war) That also increases the value of the shares Alkatel is holding. So if the premium is high, wouldn't it still mean Alkatel is paying less of a premium because they are holding 20@ of the shares? Also the premium on DIGI was 80%. Your buddy, Jay
