FAMH went to $0.70 because Ira grew the company through acquisitions and such. Because of him, FAMH EPS for 1998 would of reached $0.25...and FAMH would of eventually gotten a NASDAQ listing. What screwed it all up is Arif's big ego. He (Arif) fired Ira (Ira being the one who made FAMH go from $0.09 $8MM company, to a $0.70 $80MM company), and issued millions of shares to himself, without an explanation.

Since coming to HVAR, Ira started a mail order division and website. He also claims to be working on other major things, which he can not speak about at this time. HVAR will make at least $0.15 EPS for 1998, and will continue to rapidly grow...unless Steve Schatzman pulls an Arif Adam, and issues millions of shares to himself...which I guaren-damn-tee will not happen.

If all goes well...by the end of next year, HVAR will be back at $5...where it came public last year.
