One of my specialties, try making a tea, made from various roots, Sarsaparilla, Sassafras, (one is not FDA approved however), ginger, licorice, use some sorghum and molasses also, add rootbeer extract and sugar as usual. Enjoy. OBTW, if you are serious about it, you can carbonate and serve using 5 gal soda kegs about $200 startup cost.
