So whereas I don't really doubt that Touch of Nature possesses the characteristics advertised, I do question when insiders find themselves possessing for 80% of the current O/S shares and not discussing the terms of the conversion to preferred. I also question the lack of substantial revenues and cash reserves. Who's paying the bills??

I may miss out on the initial portion of the squeeze, but until I'm sure that insider's shares won't come flooding back into the market from a subsequent preferred to common conversion with the newly issued stock, I'll content to see you provide evidence that your diligence is as sound as you suggest it is.

I wish you guys the best of luck, but I hope that anyone playing this stock does so with full expectation that they may lose a substantial portion of their investment.

In reality, no can blame anyone but themselves should they ignore germane questions.

Good Luck Bmart!! I hope that there is a huge short position out here. It would be fun to watch and would provide a fine precedent for other companies alledgely facing naked shorting.
