Wallace, reread my previous posts and you'll find answers to your question.

Tell me, what Constitutional principles are embodied in the notion of the government regulation of personal morality?

As I've saying again and again, and again, reread the opening paragraph of the Constitution.

Do husbands (abiding under a legal covenant of marriage, and the vows made therein) getting blowjobs from the office girls make for a happy marriage and a stable family life? Does it add or detract from family harmony, do you think? If you had to make a wild guess, which would you say? Don't know?

Let me help you, Wallace. Such activity almost always creates unhappiness in family life. And sometimes there's other consequences of marital infidelity, such as venereal diseases brought in to the husband-wife relationship.

Wallace, have you ever heard of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention? How about the Dept of Social and Health Services?

Absolutely the government does have an National interest in legislating morality. The only question is what morals will be legislated. Is is lawful to steal from your employer? How about extortion? But extortion is simply an arrangement between two private parties. Generally the person having something extorted from them isn't complaining to the authorities. Gee, maybe the government should be concerned with morality after all.

PS - It's rather annoying to keep having references to the Constitution being called "history lessons", since the Constitution is the current and only highest law of the land.
