Mr. Reece,
AZNT has been very public and vocal aboutthe reasons for cancelling all common stock in leiu of preferred. Have you done any diligence on this, this is easily obtainable and also explains why the shorts are being squeezed in the process.
You are not aware of financials because of the evaluation by the SEC of putting a value on an 'intellectual property' has yet to be determined. I believe it will be very soon , which will allow the auditing of the financials.
This information is easily obtainable Mr. Reece.
