Ken, and other Churchill shareholders. In the mail today, I received
a letter from a law firm out of Buffalo, NY referring to Churchill
Technology chapter 11 re-organization. It looks like Churchill is
suing a Wendy A Cribari, Trustee. The letter stated (notice of motion
for order fixing bar date for filing of claim). Anybody have any idea
what this means. Jay
