I don't think A takeover is imminent or under negotiation. The company would not have gone through the wrenching changes if that was the case. The changes have created a lot of uncertainty about the new management and the decisions they will make.

The company was on the right track. I would not have them do anything differently except perhaps they could change their accounting system and start capitalizing software development. Although that will improve the bottom line and perhaps please Wall Street it wont fundamentally improve the business.

What the company needs to do most is sell their story to Wall street. Selling the company at this stage would be really Foolish.
