thanks smith..........by the way......whats your take on this....... from the aug 19 press release........ "we understand the board of directors is in a position to make this decision SOLELY WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF A SHAREHOLDER MEETING " biz.yahoo.com then IDCN states it will call a shareholders meeting.???????????? this looks like a legal loophole for CMI to pull the offer.......whats your take....... plus how is it possible to get a shareholder vote in by the 1st of sept.... plus last week someone posted they talked to jeffrey and he said it is very likely they will not accept the .37 offer..?????????? plus how many AUTHORIZED SHARES shares are there...... and i guess the biggest question is .........why if this company has a possible 2-7 million ounces of gold and they have financing.....why would they sell for 18 million........when that much gold is worth billions of dollars........ thanks for your time regards Jeff
