Ms. Shell, "The Company is moving out of the development stage and becoming a profit center. The campaign will entail a weekly influx of new products into the market place. The Company has found its market niche and is now going to capture it."
Ms. Shell, your commentary about chemical sweetners is shared by many. Touch of Nature is no more than an alternative to chemical sweetners. It may not be your cup of tea, well & good. Others have problems with phenylanaline and saccahrin. Are they not worthy consumers? I don't quite understand your logic here. Touch of Nature is a 100% natural choice. It's consumer base would include those who think differently than you, or , because of health reasons, opt for a 'natural' sweetner. You have yet to address what is wrong with this product, or any AZNT product for that matter. You have also failed to answer my other questions. How is the product selling mail-order, phone orders, internet sales, retail sales, re-orders, can you share that with us? What about the companies they are speaking to about using touch of nature in their products? What is the status? Are the taste tests going well?
As per aspartame...
Again, I realize you are a late arrival and may need some catching up, but AZNT products are phtyo-theraputic, as are homeopathic dietary supplements. You may want to aquaint yourself with FDA criteria for it is well established under Section 402(a)(3) that a food which contains a "decomposed substance" is subject to seizure by the FDA. In the case of Aspartame among other things, it's about 10% methanol (wood alcohol,) famous for causing blindness in alcoholics. In the body, methanol metabolizes into formaldehyde, a neurotoxin; formic acid, a venom in ant stings; and diketopiperazine, which causes brain tumors in animals. It's so bad that in July of 1983, the National Soft Drink Association presented official objections to putting aspartame in beverages. One of their objections: "It is well established under Section 402(a)(3) that a food which contains a decomposed substance...is subject to seizure by FDA." It's thoroughly established that after a number of weeks and at temperatures over 85 degrees Far., there's no aspartame left in a soft drink, only breakdown products. The assayments for 'Touch of Nature'are well within the criteria set forth in section 402 (a) (3). 'Touch of Nature' is a 100% natural food suplement derived from the sap of a tree, like that of maple syrup. RB |
