Appreciate your answer. I'd just about given up on getting a reply.

I've yet to talk to anyone with bad things to say about Brown. They will be getting my new account app in the near future.

I'm not dissatisfied with my current broker, Fidelity Spartan, but they are just so SLOW. Big bureaucracies are just hard to change, I reckon.
