Actually it doesn't make sense in its own terms. If there were only ten cars left in the world, there'd also be no mechanics, no gas stations, no gasoline, no spare parts. So what point would there be in having one? Not so different with stock. You successfully "freeze" the float, and there won't be any trading, duh. The MMs will leave, you'll be stuck with an effectively frozen "asset". Again, I'm sorry. All this is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And right here on the BB threads I've heard a lotta stupid stuff.
