This is all for naught, after two days they have offered absolutely nothing as to why they feel AZNT is a poor investment. They seem to be all 'sound-bites' and 'cliche's', the "evil shorters from Canada" nonsense and the like.
Rejoice man! They are demonstrating , irrevocably, that AZNT is a good investment. Of course, with all respect, their diligence "sucked eggs", but...nevertheless, it is irrelevant!
The 800K shares are in very friendly hands waiting to be electronically transfered into name with a new cusip and new tick, as well as a 5% dividend. The rest of our shares, and the shares being transacted currently in the AZNT market will all have to be covered as well. This is quite a sticky wicket for Ms. Shell. She understood the meat of your post, it is simple math.
I believe Ms. Shell and company are about spent.
