Alex, The Mexican peso is currently trading at 10 pesos to the dollar. Local newscaster here blames it partly on the recent U.S. cruise missile attack on a pharmaceutical plant. The reality is the hot money is leaving before the impending devaluation.

I read an interesting article this week which predicts that Canada is a prime candidate for a currency crisis and that short-term rates are headed up sharply in your neck of the woods.
