Justa, thank you for the informative response.

I was presented with a "Gift Horse Selling Opportunity" (my definition) with several of my stocks in the spring and have been sitting on approximately 2/3 of my portfolio in cash since then. I am looking for opportunities as they present themselves with individual stocks. Patience is starting to pay off as I am beginning to see some real bargains in the small cap and tech sectors.
