Rand, Russia and past USSR have beened ipm'ed for a long time.
Put into place any government where the people in power can
dictate policy thru force, rather than power thru court of law,
where the court of law has the power of force, and the law is
created from reason and not from a desire to control thru force.
In a way Russia is like IPM's Black Rock dirt. The Russian people
are good and well educated, but the people that they let control
them took advantage them, and scam'ed them. IPM and Russia both
contain good stuff, but some people in a position of control have
in both cases put both into Chapte 11. The IPM shareholders have
just recently decided to not be passive and be moved around like the
lowley pawns in a chess game. Even if the soon to be announced IPM
chapter 11 court ruling does declare that all the "wealth" of IPM is
to go to persons or organization, and none to the shareholders, then
the civil suit running in parallel will quickly uncover that a dirty
secret or plan or plot, that which is illegal has happened. From this
criminal activity the property of IPM will be contested.
The shareholders can be dissapointed, but should not complain since
two months ago before this shareholders activity started there was
a feeling of waiting for IPM to cease to exist. So even if the court
rules us out, it will not be a clean decision, as in dirty, as in there
is something rotten and it smells and it will be uncovered.
