Thanks for the cc number. I listened to the call and had this predominant impression:

Nettles said that TLAB knew all along that the T contract was iffy. (Heck, Birck and Nettles both said so at the last cc). Given this fact, the question was asked, why was there a need on the part of TLAB to "reassess" the merger. After all, the questioning went, TLAB knew that CIEN might get no T business so there really was no material change since last week (and Nettles agreed with this comment). Nothing new, so why the need to reassess? The answer from Nettles was, essentially, "because." What does anyone think about this?
