Well, in any merger, both parties must have something to gain from the merger. I would think that Horizon must provide the funds to get RMIL trading again (accounting costs etc.). What does Horizon have to gain? Who determines how much is enough? GM represents both sides and has more to gain with Horizon. I'm not saying it's definitely bad for shareholders, but it's a sure shot opening for GM to take advantage of the situation.
