i think this was a done deal months ago, there are a few things stuck in my mind like how come asnd can't break 50, how come mory started selling shares. this whole deal could already be inked without anyone even knowing . i believe lu wanted asnd real bad and may have came to a behind close door agreement for a 50 dollar takeover price when asnd was in the mid 20's. if you remember that was the time when the rumor was at it's high.
