Two things about that- first it WAS followed by a bullish engulfing candle, but then a day later was followed by a bearish engulfing- which tells you the uptrend foretold by the hammer is void. Second look at Stoch- they never crossed, they turned up but NEVER punched through. Right now we are in an uptrend on the stoch- I like that. I do not use candles in a vacuum.
