david, i talked to the pr firm last week regargding valh, the numbers should be out shortly for the last quarter ending july 31 1998, looking at the the past 10q's and their last 10k things may have turned around for the co. i was told they have setteled the tax problem as well as the lawsuit that was pending, i hope this clears things up for them, and myself as i have held the stock for over 3 years.
