As you are already aware there is also a company named Abracel
Industria E Comercio, LTDA, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Interestingly, according to the 10-K, Arabacel, Ltd in Brazil manufactures products primarily designed for road surface applications.
There are, in point of fact two Domingos Loricchio's associated with the company. The 10-K provides the following bibliographic information:
