Dear Ed; I notice that the volume in 1996 is twice that of 1997, and the volume in 1997 is twice that of 1998. As the stock goes down the volume is drying up. This tells me that the people who own this stock are selling less and less shares. Although the number of sellers obviously outnumber the buyers (because the price is going down). What do you make of that?

I have a hunch that the Micronet products will be technically improved under Ampex's management. Not sure the demand for cheaper storage is great without digital video becoming big though. Perhaps business applications are the primary fit for Micronet products. I see where Dell has 10 Gig HD on their $1900 computer. That's a lot of storage if you are doing the normal internet stuff of today. Then too, backup is a real problem for 10 GB. My solution was to get a 1.5 GB Syquest removable HD. The removable feature of Micronet should prove valuable for backups. Can't figure where the need for this size storage in quantities will be though, unless with the advent of digital video.
