Bird, DGIV, does not "rely" on PSTN it works within the PSTN framework but, you should be fully aware that the Inter-Voice Gateways work for wireless, satellite, copper-wire, cable and fiber-optic transmission technology... Where are you going? nowhere... You obviously have absolutely no knowlege of the technology otherwise you would not make such an idiotic and ignorant statement.
