I'm trying to prove that there are no certainties in life.

(Well except for death and taxes)

Hindsight is 20/20... when CYGS was at $3.00, I'm sure those people who bought there thought CYGS would go to $4.00 or beyond.

When I bought around .40... I expected maybe $1.00.

If any one of us could know with 100% certainty where a stock would go..wouldn't we all liquidate everything we own and throw it at a stock?

Unfortunately there are no 100% guarantees except the two I mentioned.

I don't want to be put in a position to defend anyone like the Dog that you enjoy attacking... but didn't he declare news is coming, and then the news came?

Granted it wasn't the "Merck buys out CYGS" news that I dreamed about at nights....but it was news.

If people buy stocks solely on hearing "news is coming" hype..that is there fault for not verifying the content and nature of it.

Face it, us traders/investors can't be lazy and assume everything positive and negative we read is the 100% truth on message boards.

We need to verify, verify and verify some more.

Whoever bought at $3 and sold below $3 can chalk this up as an expensive lesson in learning to trade the risky OTC:BB's... and maybe that person has learned he needs to trade stocks on the NYSE.

NOT that more expensive stocks are less risky.. I've seen my share of "accounting irregularities" of stocks trading as high as $75 a share.

Look at Cendant stock recently..

There are no foolproof stocks or bonds....investing is inherently risky.. all an investor can do is hedge their bets through diversification (not all eggs in one basket) and do as much research he or she possibly can.

If there is fraud, then sue. Not that you'll get a lot from class action lawsuits anyway...

If certain people don't like the risks inherent in investing...
I suggest they focus on US Treasury backed instruments.

Now, if you don't like Big Dog, take it to his message board
(he has one you know)..why waste hours of time ripping on him on this message board?

Who the heck knows, CYGS may not be the scam of the century that you claim it to be, and I'll never be able to read about what the company "alledgedly" is doing because there's a debate over one alledged "hypester" who owns CYGS stock.

I don't mind reading about court cases that the pres. was involved with in the past...but I don't need to hear 100 messages to understand that you don't like Big Dog alledgedly "hyping" stocks, must I?

Thank You.
