A message from the Yahoo thread: "Did you gents not see the news from ADSK that they will MISS NEXT QUARTERS numbers? This was reported late Friday after the close. This is terrible for dslgf. How could they SELL UNDER this company on Thursday to a company that is going to pre announce an earnings shortfall on Friday? This has got to be criminal." This is indeed bothering me. Why the hell would they announce an acquisition at 0.525 of their stock when they knew it was going down in the near future. Now the price isn't that much higher of the old DSLGF stock price....
