I hope everyone who is having trouble connecting to the Internet via the iMac is notifying Apple support. I think they will have to give an update to that modem. It's very very bad, with all these sales, to be having problems with the "i" in the "i"Mac. I just hope Apple fixes it faster than they fixed the modem problem in the 3400c/240. It took them at least 9 months to come out with a fix. Linda
