Doug,
I understand the civil suit is moving along very well, something like this takes time to be done right, I have no doubts that IPM dirt is good dirt, I believe IPM was being destroyed from the inside and the outside,But i believe that problem has at least been partly solved now.
My source in IPM has told me that he has heard nothing the last week or so, he was expecting the restructuring decision to be made on August 18, but that didn't happen. IPM can stay in business as long as they have money to operate on, I have to assume that they are attempting to make the best deal possible, I know they could have done a JV the day before they were taken off of NASDAQ and refused to do so, I don't know why but think of it this way, maybe the company that wanted to do a JV was the one responsible for their problems. At this point all we can do is wait, and i believe that now no news could be good news.
