Samir you asked: is there going to be another PP, and if not where are they going to get the $ from? Cyclopss has no hope of doing another private placement at this time in my opinion. The stock price is simply too low for them to even want to try. I believe the money will have to come in the form of contract(s) with one or more of the companies we hope OZON has been negotiating with prior to the current erosion of the stock price. how many shares out there that could dilute the float further? any restricted shares going to be freed up soon? how many preffered convertible shares still left? I don't have a clue. I never even thought to ask Bill about further dilution at these levels as I think anyone who might hold restricted shares would prefer to sell at higher prices. Remaining private placement shares probably aren't tradable yet anyway. When they are the stock would need to be well over a dollar in my opinion before anyone would be stupid enough to sell. any progress on the sales front or is it "soon" as has been stated for the last year? how is the chemical division doing and why did sales go down? how is laundry division doing(non-ozon) and why did sales go down? Bill showed me around and I saw lots of evidence that sales in all these areas could pick up soon. is the extra money used for marketing and management working? are any sales coming out of it? are new management contacts bringing in customers? I think once again we are just going to have to wait to see if the money for new management will pay off in the form of new sales. If the JV with Cool Care is any indication I would have to say yes it will. Regards, Jeff
