Let me know what you find out. I would like to margin DGIV when it gets to $5. As far as shorting a BB stock, there is the technical aspect and then the moral/legal aspect. The technical aspect is what we have been discussing, and the answer has to be out there. The moral/legal aspect has to do with the way that most shorters in the BB world operate, from what I have seen. They not only short, but they also try to manipulate the price by bashing the company in public, to bring the stock down. I don't even mind this, as long as they declare their position up front. I have only seen one honest shorter on these threads, who declared their position up front.

Also, you do need deep pockets becuase although a three day run is typical, they have run for much longer, and you would have to cover. But that is the risk that comes with the territory.

Anyway, back to DGIV, the problem is not with individual shorters, but with MM short positions, because they can pass these on for months and months and not have to cover.

I hope you never find it profitable to short DGIV, because when it does run it will be on fundamentals. That is why we need to keep down any hype. DGIV's turn will certainly come.
