Well it's the weekend so DD is a little tough to do. Here's my conclusions:

1) There is no way to verify that AZNT's business is producing significant cash flow or profits.
2) There is no way to discern who is actually on AZNT's board of directors.
3) There is no way to understand why the principals are getting preferred stock and the rest of the common shareholders are not.
4) There is a new AZNT product that is a natural sweetener. One of many already on the market.
5) More activity surrounding AZNT relates to its restructuring than its actual business.
6) Given my requests to help point me to answers to these questions, you pointed me to earlier posts in this thread. They did not answer my questions adequately. True you have been very busy answering other posts but hey!

Conclusion: Until finding these answers is easier than doing Chinese arithmetic while inebriated, there is no way, I would put money into this stock.
