Stockman, I have made this same case myself in the past. Selling below cost to gain market share is illegal. As you point out, it's called dumping. If AMD were a foreign company the case would be clear. In addition, I believe that AMD should be paying Intel a fee for every Celeron Intel sells because it takes a sale away from AMD and reduces their losses. Each Celeron sold brings AMD closer to profitability so I think some compensation is due here.
