Well it's been 5 weeks since I brought SOSS to the thread and it has not faired to well. It did have a 10% increase the first week or so($19 to $21) only to retrace back to $19 and hang there for a couple of weeks. But this past week took a heavy hit of 20% ($19 to $15 3/8) with most of the lose on Thursday (-1 5/8 on heavy volume) and Friday (-1 on normal volume). While most staffing companies also took hits SOSS got hammered pretty good, I could not find anything to explain the sudden drop in any of the companies except LBOR which is being investigated for some questionable accounting procedures. SOSS now has a terrible looking chart and has broken support levels this will be an interesting week for them, until I find something to explain the sudden drop I remain optimistic.
For those that are interested in options in my next post I will run through some possible scenarios that could have played out over the last 5 weeks with SOSS. Not to say that they were the right thing to do, only to show some of the mechanics of options trading for anyone who is new to options and may even understand them less then I do (if that's possible )
