I fail to see LU's multiservice ATM products, imbedded customers, and experience engineering team. You are right that they have none of these. However, that didn't stop them from catching up in WDM. Yes, WDM is a different market from ATM, but it shows me that LU can indeed play the catchup game. Note that I said this shows LU doesn't need ASND. I would certainly agree with you that they may still want ASND. Tom
