Now that should ring some alarm bells. Just my opinion folks, but if I didn't know any better, I'd say it looks like IPM WANTED to fail. Since "black November" the insiders of IPM have made no efforts to save this Company. There has been a lot of double speak, but it looks like a "smoke and mirrors" effort at this point.

To the SH who are trying to save IPM: continued best wishes in your efforts and I hope that you are able to uncover all the facts relating to insider activities.
